Mission Statement

Our purpose as a church is very simple.� We want to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ to the community of Manitou Park and South Tacoma. � That purpose flows out of Matthew 28:19.

"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost; teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world" (Mathew 28:19-20)

Our agenda for fulfilling the above purposes are three-fold � First, we believe that to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ, efficiently, we must be wholehearted in our worship of God.� Secondly to proclaim the good news genuinely, we are committed to building great friendships together.� And finally to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ sincerely, we are committed to loving each other and our community in a practical ministry.� Everything we do as a church falls within one of these three agenda.

Simply, we want to love God in worship, love each other in friendship, and love our community in practical ministry.
